Rates
Rates change due to the periods and types of rooms (Double / Triple): therefore please contact me by mail or by phone, for a quotation based on your specific request.
Obligatory overnight Stay-Tax charged by the municipality of Monopoli: € 1,00 pp per night to be paid on site. Children under 12 years are excluded.
Services included in the price:
- Off-street parking inside the villa’s perimeter (one car per room)
- Use of the swimming pool, (from 15th June to 15th October)
- Use of the Tennis court, a time reservation on site is required (rackets and balls on request)
- Free WI-FI
